The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now the Deputy Director of Land Record is available. He would be directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioners.

The petitioners and respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall appear before the Deputy Director of Land Record (Respondent No. 2) on 05.04.2021. The Deputy Director of Land Record shall decide the appeal filed by the petitioners after hearing the petitioners and respondent Nos. 3 and 4 on its own merits, in accordance with law and procedure, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Interim order passed by this Court is continued till 05.04.2021 so as to enable the petitioner to file appropriate application. Needless to state, on lapse of time till 05.04.2021 the interim protection granted by this Court shall come to an end.
