The learned Counsel submits that appeal is fled by the petitioners before the Superintendent Land Records in the year 2015. The same is not decided. The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents. 2.

In case the appeal is fled by the petitioners before the Superintendent Land Records and the same is pending, then the Superintendent Land Records shall decide the same in accordance with law and procedure and after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within a period of six months. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
