The Petitioner claims to be an Actor, who has participated in several social functions and cultural activities. He claims that his annual income is Rs. 40,000/-.
3.
We had a serious doubt about the genuineness of the cause put forth by the Petitioner, read with the prayer clauses wherein he desires an order to be issued by this Court to hold inquiries against the respondents, cancel all purchase orders and initiate legal action against the respondents. Hence, we directed the Petitioner to deposit Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh) in this Court in view of Rule 7A(i) of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules 2010. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the petitioner is present in the Court and cannot deposit the said amount. 4.
In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain this petition as a Public Interest Litigation. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
