Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

The application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Mahadevi W/o. Sidramappa Gandigude who died on 16-10-2020. The applicant Nos.2-A to 2-I are the legal representative of the deceased Mahadevi. While filing the application there is delay of 413 days caused in filing the present application.

The applicants' heirs are also shown in the title clause of the appeal while filing the appeal. 4.

In view of the same, application stands allowed. Delay stands condoned.

Legal heirs be shown in the capacity of the legal heirs of deceased Mahadevi in the title clause of the appeal. 6.

Said amendment be carried out within one week. 7.

The application stands disposed off.
