Civil Application No. 4312/2022 is filed for withdrawal of amount by the claimant.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Court vide order dated 25.10.2021 has permitted the claimants/applicants to withdraw 60% of the compensation amount deposited by the Insurance company, however, claimant No. 2 Krishna Kanuba Banswal has expired on 17.9.2016. The learned counsel submits that there are no other legal heirs to the deceased claimant No. 2 - Krushna, except present applicants. 3.

The learned counsel for the Insurance Company has no objection. 4.

In view of the above, applicants Rukhmanibai w/o. Kanubai Banswal and Gopal s/o. Kanuba Banswal are permitted to withdraw 60% compensation amount deposited in this Court by the Insurance Company, subject to undertaking as directed by this Court in order dated 25.10.2021.
