We had heard Mr. Karpe, learned Counsel for the petitioners in the morning session. He had submitted that in the disqualification proceedings opportunity is not accorded to the petitioners. We had asked the learned A.G.P. to take instructions and the matter was kept in the afternoon session. 2.

In the afternoon session, when the matter is called out, the learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioners are already disqualified and order is passed in the proceedings on 09.03.2021.

In light of that, writ petition is disposed of. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The petitioners may assail the order as may be permissible under law. No costs.
