This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure by the husband with an innocuous prayer to transfer a proceeding initiated by the respondent wife under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act which is pending before the 6 Joint J.M.F.C. Latur to the Family Court No.1 at Latur whereat other 2 proceedings between the parties; one for divorce and other proceeding under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. are pending .

2] Having heard both the sides, there should not be any hitch in accepting the request which would be for benefit of both the sides as well.

3] The Application is allowed. The PWDVA No.80/2020 pending on the file of 6 J.M.F.C. Court Latur is transferred to the Family Court No.1, Latur. The parties shall appear before the
