By way of this application styled as application seeking modification of order dated 09.08.2024 the original petitioners are calling upon us to reconsider the circumstances in which the order was passed.

The order sought to be reviewed/modified merely records the fact that in spite of the petitioners' father who was served with a show cause notice and was to face an inquiry for recalling the certificate of validity was not co-operating with the scrutiny committee and in the meanwhile, the petitioners were seeking consideration of their request for having certificates of validity even subject to the condition superadded,

2 3.CA.3650.25.odt we had simply expressed that the stand of the family was inappropriate and expected the petitioners' father to co-operate with the Committee. Merely by recording such observations the writ petition was directed to be heard in due course. It is not that the writ petition was dismissed. It would always be open for the petitioners to approach before the regular division bench as per the roster and request for early decision of the writ petition by demonstrating the exigencies as also demonstrating as to how their father had subsequently co-operated the scrutiny committee. 3.

The civil application is disposed of.
