The applicant is the wife of the respondent and by way of Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking transfer of Civil M.A.No.291/2019 filed by him under Section 22 of the Special Marriage Act pending at Aurangabad, to the Family Court at Parbhani.

2] Though initially the respondent in his affidavit in reply opposed the request, the learned advocate for respondent on instructions from the client makes a statement that he does not have any objection for the transfer.

3] In view of such a consent, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". The parties shall appear before the Court at Parbhani on 3/1/2022 and there shall be no need for that Court to issue any notice to them.
