ORDER :

Mr. Akshay Kulkarni,learned counsel for the respondent, submits that he is unable to place his Vakalatnama due to some technical glitches, but states that he is empowered by the respondent, to make the statement which was recorded on 12.07.2021, which was to the effect that the respondent consents to transfer of the proceedings to Aurangabad. An e-mail from the respondent in this regard to the above effect, dated 12.07.2021, is taken on record and marked as 'X'.

In view of above position, HMP Petition No. A-112/2021, pending before Judge, Family Court No.5, Pune is transferred to the Family Court at Aurangabad. Parties to put in their appearances before the Family Court, Aurangabad on 30th July 2021. The Family Court, Aurangabad, is requested to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 9 months from the receipt of the record.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
