Present Petition can be disposed of in view of the prayers. The main prayer is as against respondent No.2 to decide the recommendation dated 23rd October 2023 made by respondent No.3 in respect of the petitioner for inclusion of her name in Shalarth-ID.

Learned AGP, waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned Advocate Mr. Karnik waives notice for respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

It appears that respondent No.3 has already forwarded the

wp-3411.24 proposal with his remark to respondent No.2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that the said recommendation would be decided within a period of four months.

When already respondent No.3 has recommended, then we are of the opinion that it should not take much time to respondent No.2 to decide the said proposal, that too in respect of inclusion of name of the petitioner in Shalarth-ID. We, therefore, dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the said recommendation / proposal in respect of the petitioner for including her name in Shalarth-ID, within a period of two weeks from today. The consequential effect be given by respondent Nos. 3 to 5, within a period of one month thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
