This is motion for speaking to minutes in First Appeal No. 636 of 2007 and Others.

Learned counsel for appellants has pointed out that in the title clause of First Appeal No. 638 of 2007 the Surname of appellants is erroneously typed as Motekar instead of Motkar.

So also in First Appeal No. 642 of 2007 in title clause the name of appellant No. 1 is erroneously is typed as Deoram instead of Devrao and surname of appellant Nos. 1 to 3 is erroneously typed as Deode instead of Devde.

In paragraph No. 4 of the judgment in LAR No. 19 of 1997, the area of the acquired land is to be corrected as 1 H 20 R and in LAR No. 52 of 1997 the Gut No. is to be corrected as 144/03/44.

Learned AGP has no objection for such correction.

The corrections as suggested by the learned counsel for the appellants be made accordingly. 6.
