DATED : 27th March, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] At the out set, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wish to withdraw the anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of applicant no.1 Gangadhar Ashok Hivarkar. Liberty granted. Anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of applicant no.1- Gangadhar Ashok Hivarkar is hereby rejected as withdrawn. 2] In so far as applicant no.2-Pandurang Narayan Thorave is concerned, with the assistance of learned Additional Public Prosecutor I have gone through the injury certificate and also the first information report lodged by Kailash Thorave the injured. There are no specific allegations against applicant no.2. Further, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the other accused persons , namely Navnath Thorave is already released on regular bail and when he was in custody the weapon is also seized from him.

3] Looking to the age of applicant no.2 and the general nature of accusation against him, application of applicant

crap1426.15 no.2 can be favourably considered. Hence, I pass following order.

O R D E R

(i) Criminal Application filed by applicant no.1Gangadhar Ashok Hivarkar is dismissed as withdrawn.

(ii) Applicant no.2-Pandurang Narayan Thorave, in the event of his arrest, in connection with Crime No. 17 of 2015, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 325, 326 of the Indian Penal Code, be released on anticipatory bail on he executing P.R. Bond of Rs.5,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(iii) Applicant no.2 shall visit police station Ambhora once in a week, preferably on every Tuesday in between 3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. till the charge sheet is filed.

(iv) Criminal Application is disposed of.
