1) Heard. Perused the reasons recorded by Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (for short, the Tribunal) in the impugned Judgment and Order. In our opinion, cogent and plausible reasons are assigned by the Tribunal, so also all the aspects are taken into consideration, including the record maintained by the Respondents. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere in the impugned Judgment and Order delivered by the Tribunal. The petition is dismissed. However, till 30th April, 2015, the
petitioner is permitted to remain at Aurangabad. But, under any circumstances, no request/prayer for further extension of time will be entertained. The petitioner to resume at the transferred place at Nanded immediately after expiry of aforesaid period.
2) At this stage, counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to make a representation during Annual General transfers 3) We make it clear that dismissal of this petition will not be an impediment to the petitioner to make representation to the Government.
