PER COURT :- Mr.Jadhav, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate with incorrect spelling of Mannervarlu. The petitioner applied for issuance of corrected tribe certificate, however, the S.D.O. has not attended the application of the petitioner.

Notice to the respondents. The learned AGP waives notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the petitioner has to file application online.

The petitioner may file application online, if not filed, for issuance of corrected

5398.20WP tribe certificate. The petitioner shall deposit the original tribe certificate received with incorrect spelling of the tribe. Upon receipt of the original tribe certificate from the petitioner, the S.D.O. shall verify the genuineness of the same and thereafter issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner with the corrected spelling of the tribe preferably within 15 days.

Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms. No costs.
