Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 32/2024 dated 23.2.2024 registered at Markhel Police Station, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 464, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the I.P.C.

The learned counsel for the applicant has pointed out that the coaccused persons in this crime against whom similar kind of allegations are made, have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Additional District Judge, Biloli vide order dated 6.3.2024. The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that this Court has granted interim protection to the applicant vide order dated 19.3.2024 and the applicant has cooperated the investigating agency as directed by this Court. The learned counsel submits that Sessions Court has rejected bail application of the present applicant on the ground that investigation was required. As the applicant has complied the conditions imposed by this Court while granting ad-interim

ABA 439/24 protection, I hold that anticipatory bail needs to be granted to the applicant. 4.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 19.3.2024 is confirmed on following conditions.

i] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 6.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
