The grievance of the petitioner is that, though Virasat proceedings are decided in favour of the petitioner, the same are not implemented. 2.

According to the learned counsel the same are not implemented, as the name of the petitioner is not recorded in the revenue record in respect of the property in three villages.

In such an eventuality, the Committee is constituted by the State under Circular dated 13.02.2015. The petitioner may approach the Committee. The Committee would consider the same and take appropriate steps.

With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
