After making submissions, he submits that the purpose of the petitioner would be served if respondent No.2 is directed to decide his representations dated 09.11.2023 and 06.12.2023 as he has raised grievance in respect of the appointment order dated 26.02.2023 given by respondent Nos.5 and 6 to respondent No.7. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. Since the representations are pending before respondent No.2, we dispose of this writ

WP_4343_2024 petition by issuing direction to respondent No.2 to decide representations dated 09.11.2023 and 06.12.2023 filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from today.
