Learned Counsel Shri N.V.Gaware appears for respondent nos. 1 to 3 / original claimants.

The appellant has filed Application No.3799/2016 seeking extension of time for depositing the decretal amount as directed by this Court. Learned Counsel submitted that four weeks time was initially provided for depositing the said amount, however, the appellants could not deposit the said amount in the given period. Learned Counsel submitted that today he has received the cheque and he will be depositing the same in the Registry today itself for which learned counsel appearing for the original claimants has endorsed his no objection. In view of that, following order: AGP/-

ORDER

a) The Registry is directed to accept the cheque. b) Since appellant Insurance Company has deposited the amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 17th December, 2015, the execution of the impugned award passed in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.125/2010 stands stayed. Both the Civil Applications stand disposed of in above terms.
