This is an application for recalling the order dated 9 August 2021 whereby registration of the second appeal refused due to failure of the appellant to comply with the office objections regarding not supplying spare copies for being served with the notices.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he would supply the copies within two weeks from today.

The application is in time. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the second appeal is restored subject to the condition that the copies are now supplied within two weeks, failing which this order shall stand recalled automatically.
