PER COURT :

The learned Counsel for the petitioners, after arguing the matter for some time states that the petitioners will avail the remedy of appeal provided under Section 52(B)(1) of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee Act and seeks leave to withdraw the petition and states that the petitioners will file an appeal as early as possible and the time bound directions be given to the authority to decide the appeal. Considering this, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

If the petitioners file an appeal within a period of three weeks from today, the authority will make an endeavour to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the first appearance of the parties before the authority . It is made clear that all the contentions of the parties are kept open.

In case the issue of limitation arises, the authority will keep in mind that the petitioners had filed this petition in this Court on 19 March 2018 and it is disposed of by order passed today, therefore, the delay during this period is because of the pendency of the writ petition in this Court.
