The Petitioner submits that his father and biological cousin sister have been granted validity certificates for belonging to "Mannervarlu", Scheduled Tribe. His proposal was forwarded on 29.08.2011, when he was around 15 years of age. After a long period the Committee closed the proceedings concluding that there is a spelling mistake in the word "Mannerwarlu". Presently, the vigilance cell inquiry is concluded and the report is available. He tenders his email address as "y5vpakalwad@gmail.com" which is reverified and confirmed. He submits that the report may be tendered to him along with a notice, by e-mail and within 15 days thereafter, he would appear before the Committee.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that vigilance cell inquiry is still not completed, and therefore, the hearing could be concluded and an order could be passed, only after two months of submission of the vigilance cell inquiry report. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions.

3468.2023WP -2- (a) The Petitioner shall wholeheartedly cooperate in the vigilance cell inquiry, if still not concluded. (b) Vigilance Cell inquiry report would be tendered to the Petitioner along with the notice by e-mail and 15 days thereafter, the hearing would be scheduled.

(c) After the hearing is concluded, the competent committee would deliver an order after 45 days.
