Per Court :- Heard Mr. Ravi M.Giri, the learned counsel for the applicants for some time. He seeks permission to withdraw present Criminal application however prays that, directions be issued to the learned Sessions Judge for expeditious trial.
[2] Present Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn. [3] Speedy trial is a right of accused. In that view of the matter, the learned Sessions Judge, on whose file concerned Sessions Case is pending, is hereby directed to decide the Sessions Case, within a period of ONE YEAR from receipt of this order.
