I have heard both the sides. For the reasons set out in the application, civil application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to file the original copy of the undertaking in this Court. The said undertaking dated 16/02/2015, copy of which is placed on record with the civil application, shall be filed in this proceeding on or before 27/03/2015, failing which the applicant would be dis-entitled to withdrawal of amount as is ordered by this Court on 05/12/2014.
