Delay of 565, 399, 565 and 565 days, respectively, is caused in filing these Civil Applications for seeking restoration of the Writ Petitions, which were refused registration on account of non removal of office objections. The Writ Petitions were at a pre-notice stage.

The learned AGPs opposed the Civil Applications contending that the Applicants/ Petitioners should donate some costs to the Bar Association.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that he would voluntarily donate an amount of Rs.500/-, per Civil Application, to the Bar Association.

In view of the above, these Civil Applications are
*3* allowed. Delay in filing these Civil Applications is condoned on the condition that all office objections shall be removed on or before 30.04.2024. The amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) in each Civil Application, shall be donated to the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within the same period.
