The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is not allowed to do the apprenticeship. The application has been given to the respondent No. 2 by the petitioner, but no decision is taken upon it as yet. 2.

Mr. Nagode, the learned standing counsel appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The learned A. G. P. appears for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

Mr. Nagode, the learned counsel submits that, the

In case application filed by the petitioner with the respondent No. 2 (Exhibit - F) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably by 30.05.2017. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
