1) As this Court has remanded back the main matter to the Caste Scrutiny Committee for fresh decision, Civil Application No.3658/2015 is allowed. Direction is given to the Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Mumbai to consider the applicant - Pradeep s/o Sitaram Rajput from VJ category for the purpose of

counselling and filling of preference forms for admissions to Medical Post Graduate courses. The admission would be provisional admission if at all he gets admission and it will be subject to ultimate result of the scrutiny which is to be done by the Caste Scrutiny Committee.
