Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 49 days condoned in filing first appeal. Since the acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court, however, there is delay. The application has been strongly opposed. However, taking into consideration the duration and the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.2 and 3, the delay stands condoned. 3.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
