Heard learned counsel for the parties. There are two claimants. One of them namely Shahaji has already been permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount vide order dated 11/10/2019 of his share. Now the co-applicant has preferred the present application. In view of the order dated 11/10/2019, this applicant is also entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount of his share. Hence, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of his share on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil Application is thus allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
