Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Zilla Parishad points out that there is no substance in the present writ petition, inter alia because the period for which the petitioner was appointed as Cluster Coordinator in Shrigonda Panchayat Samiti is already over on 04.03.2025.

It is perhaps for this reason that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
