Issue notice to respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Kabade, learned Advocate submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of all the respondents / original claimants in the matter and waives service for them.

Learned Advocate Mr. Kabade, strongly opposes to condone the

911CA8531 delay. He submits that the reasons assigned for condonation of delay are not sound.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay and to meet the ends of justice, I am convinced to condone the delay.
