The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited the entire amount as per the judgment and award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.56/2014, hence requested to stay the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the appellant has deposited the entire compensation amount, hence the effect and operation of the judgment and award passed by the learned Tribunal is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
