The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that as per directions of this Court, he want to deposit Demand Draft of Rs.60000/-. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner is permitted to deposit Demand Draft of Rs.60000/- in the Registry within three days. 3.

On deposit of the demand draft, the restoration application be allowed and the writ petition would stand restored to its original position. 4.

On restoration of the writ petition, the petitioner to give copies of the petition within two weeks. Thereafter, issue notice to the respondent in writ petition, returnable on 18/06/2024.

Interim relief, if any granted earlier, to continue till then. 6.

In the event, the petitioners fails to deposit demand draft within three days and on restoration fails to give copies of the petition within two weeks thereafter, the writ petition would stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
