This petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to petitioner to make application to the Sub-Divisional Level Committee constituted in accordance with the Circular issued by the Commissioner on 13.02.2015 and, by issuing further direction to the said Committee to take decision on the application in accordance with the directives contained in the circular. If petitioner tenders representation / application to the Sub-Divisional Level Committee, the Committee shall take appropriate decision in the matter within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the application.
