In terms of order dated 19th April, 2023, back wages of the petitioners were paid to them in last week by depositing the amount in their respective accounts.

Respondents have also issued absorption orders of the petitioners in the month of July, 2025, however, clause 8 of the said order states that the petitioners will not be entitled for any financial benefits for the period date on which his earlier school was closed till the date on which he is absorbed and joined the duties. In view of this clause, the petitioners have not joined till date. 3.

Since the petitioners have already received back wages now, the clause 8 in the absorption orders is rendered redundant. Petitioners therefore shall join on their respective posts mentioned in the absorption orders within 8 days from today.
