The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has challenged the tender conditions. The petitioner was heard by the Collector subsequent to fling of the petition. The Collector has given hearing to the petitioner and the date for submission of tender is extended to 9th March, 2020. 2.

In view of that, the grievance of the petitioner is taken care of by the respondents.
