The Applicant/ original Petitioner prays for condonation of 10 days' delay in filing this application and further prays for quashing the order of the learned Registrar dated 27.02.2017 by which, the writ petition was refused registration for non removal of office objections. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. As the delay is minor, no costs are imposed. The Applicant/ Petitioner shall remove all office objections on or before 12.01.2018, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the learned Registrar dated 27.02.2017 shall stand restored with effect from 15.01.2018.

If the above direction is complied with, the Writ Petition shall be registered and shall be listed for admission on 22.01.2018. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
