SHYAMRAO BABURAO NIRPHAL (DIED) THR LRS PANDURANG ANDORS ...

Advocate for Applicants/State : Mr. S.P. Deshmukh ...

CORAM : MANGESH S. PATIL, J.

DATE : 07.11.2019 P.C. :- Heard the learned A.G.P. All the respondents have been served. The State has preferred this appeal being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. Since there is a delay of 1877 days the State is seeking condonation of delay. The learned A.G.P. submits that in order to comply with the procedural aspects the delay has occasioned. There was no ulterior motive. The State was not to gain anything when it is liable to pay interest and therefore the delay be condoned.

2.

Since the respondents have been duly served but have not appeared they could not be heard.
