The learned counsel for the parties submits that the parties have arrived at settlement in terms of agreement/compromise terms. The compromise terms is taken on record.

The agreement/compromise terms is between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The respondent No. 4 is not party to the said compromise terms. In compromise terms, it is submitted that the proposal for the claims of unpaid salary and other entitlement of the petitioner would be submitted to the respondent No. 4. The State is entitled to decide the same on it's own merits as respondent No. 4 is not party to the compromise terms.

It is admitted position that the petitioner has been continuously working by virtue of interim orders of the School Tribunal and this Court and in terms of the compromise/settlement, the termination order has been recalled by the management.

In view of the above, both the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of compromise agreement.
