Heard. Perused the contents of the order dated 5th September, 2014. It appears that inspite of giving sufficient opportunity the petitioner did not deposit the Bhatta. As a result, due to conditional order, the petition came to be dismissed. 2.

Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner will deposit Rs.1,000/- with the High Court Bar Association Library, Aurangabad Bench, Aurangabad, within one week from today.

On condition of depositing Bhatta and cost amount, the application is allowed. The petition is restored to original file. Liberty to the petitioner to serve respondent no.5 by private service by fax or any other fastest mode of communication. S.O. to 25th March, 2015.
