However, general power of attorney dated 22.11.2021 clearly indicates that the applicant no. 1 has already appointed applicant no.2 as her general power of attorney to take all the legal actions on her behalf including filing undertaking in the judicial process in this Court. As such, the office is directed to accept the undertaking of 1/2
