Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

The Petitioners claim to be trustees of 'Shiguru Mahalingswami Math, Bardapur, Taluka Ambajogai, District Beed, and filed the present Writ Petition seeking direction against the Deputy Director of Education, Beed, to decide certain representations made by the Petitioners.

We find that the Petitioners and other persons claiming to be trustees, have initiated various proceedings under

(( 2 )) 945-WP-8289-2025 the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950. The orders passed by the authorities therein, have been made subject matter of challenge as per the statutory scheme and a Writ Petition is also pending before the learned Single Judge of this Court in proceedings arising out of such challenge.

In such a situation, we fail to understand how representations are being made to the Deputy Director of Education and the Education Officer in the backdrop of the inter se disputes within the aforesaid trust/sansthan.

If at all the Petitioners have any grievance, they are obviously at liberty to exhaust the remedies available to them under the provisions of the aforesaid Act.
