After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the parties and after having perused the order impugned in the present petition and the other material placed on record, without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the respective parties, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with the following order.

ORDER

(i) The Trial Court shall hear and dispose of Regular Civil Suit No.130 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within the period of six months from the date of this order. Till then, the interim order passed by this Court on 11.04.2014 shall remain in force.
