After we pointed out that the prayers being made have already been granted in the form of several directions issued by this court in writ petition no. 3094/2021 by the order dated 12.07.2023 and even though earlier contempt petition has been disposed of, if their grievance is in respect of a subsequent breach/disobedience of the order of this court, another contempt petition would lie, the learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to resort to the contempt proceedings.
