ORDER:- 1.

Leave to correct name of Acquiring Body in the application forthwith.

Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. 4.

This Court, in other connected matters vide order dated 02.03.2023, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount. As such, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 75% of the

(2) 945 CA-4931.2023.odt deposited amount of compensation i.e. 50% on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent security / surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. 5.

The remaining 25% amount be invested in FDR in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis, till final disposal of this appeal.
