I have heard learned counsel for the applicant at length. By order dated 26.11.2018 the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court has refused the registration of the matter, as the applicant has failed to remove the office objections. After a long gap, the applicant by filing this civil application now prays for setting aside the order of the Registrar. The applicant is woman and the matter pertains to the immovable property.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" subject to payment of costs of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to be paid to the Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad and the receipt of the same shall be affixed with the main matter.
