Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the impugned orders are legally incorrect. 3.

No error apparent on the face of record is found, however, considering the fact that interim applications filed in the Special Civil Suit No. 11 of

2 RA/139/2012+ 2005 are at the root of the present proceedings, the learned trial Court is directed to take efforts for early disposal of the suit, if it is yet not disposed of. [Mr. Shinde submits that he has no instructions regarding progress of the same.] 4.

With these directions, both the Review Applications are disposed of.
