Learned counsel for the applicant-acquiring body submits that due to some financial difficulties, the appeal could not be preferred within a period of limitation. Learned counsel submits that, delay is not intentional one and the claimant acquiring body has been prevented from sufficient cause to prefer an appeal within limitation.

Learned counsel for respondent original claimant has not seriously resisted the application seeking condonation of delay.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, delay caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application accordingly disposed of. 4.

First appeal is hereby admitted. On admission, learned AGP waives notice for respondent no.1 and learned counsel waives notice for respondents-original claimants. 5.
