CORAM : A.V.NIRGUDE & INDIRA K. JAIN, JJ.
DATED :
23.03.2016 P.C. :- 1.
Both these applications can be decided together. We heard submissions on both the applications. These applications seek permission to spend money on Chapati making. Chapatis are made either manually or mechanically. Learned Counsel for the respondent states that looking to the cost of Chapati manually made compared to cost of Chapati mechanically made, the applicant-trust should be suggested that they should install more machines for Chapati making. It will reduce
( 2 ) ca3620.16 cost and the trust will be benefited.
2.
The cost of Chapati making is not quite important, if we consider number of people who get employment for Chapati making. Besides, machines are required to be purchased and such development would take little more time. In the meantime, the applicant/trust should depend on manual process of Chapati making. The suggestion of learned Counsel for the respondent that the trust should acquire more Chapati making machines is quite well-come and would be considered in due course of time.
3.
In the meantime, we allow both the applications in terms of prayer clause (B) of both the applications. [INDIRA K. JAIN,J.] [A.V.NIRGUDE,J.] /2016/ 16/ snk MAR ca3620.16
