The Applicant prays for condonation of delay of 335 days for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.10 on record. The legal heirs are served. No appearance has been entered by the legal heirs.

As such, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B", on the condition that the Applicant shall pay an amount of Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty) as donation for the Ghati Hospital, Aurangabad (Government Medical College and Hospital,

*2* 940ca4371o18 Aurangabad), to be deposited with the Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft, to be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, CSR Fund" and produce a receipt of the same in the Registry of this Court on or before 06.07.2018. The legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.10 shall be brought on record in the Writ Petition within two weeks from today.

After compliance of the above directions, list the Writ Petition for admission on 16.07.2018.

Interim relief granted earlier to continue subject to compliance of the above directions.
